Employees' Health and Safety

If you “blow the whistle” - for example, by complaining of a breach of Health and Safety at your place of work - or are thinking of doing so - we can offer you advice as to your rights and any potential claims you may have if you are then subjected to any detriment.

If you whistle blow – say, by complaining of wrongdoing by, your employer, you may be protected under the Employment Rights Act 1996. Under the Act it is unlawful for an employer to then subject an employee to any detrimental treatment, including dismissing them - for making such a protected disclosure.
